The health and safety of our employees and community is a top priority and we will be reducing staff on site to comply with the CDC’s recommendations, as well as our local government. Our lab will continue operation on a skeleton crew, and customer service will be available via email/fax.
If you have questions about an order or need to place an order, please email or fax. Due to limited staff, we may not be able to get to your voicemail as quickly as an email/fax. Order forms are available under our Forms and Media tab at the top of this web page. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. Any inquiry or order placement must have an account number and/or order number associated with the correspondence.
